Hold primary responsibility for project delivery and performance. 

Engage Client relationships for duration of projects.  

Establish project goals and scope.  

Present concepts to Client and all affiliated stakeholders. 

Assemble best possible consultant teams.  

Write Owner and Consultant contracts.  

Maintain awareness of risk management.  

Create and monitor project budgets through all phases of design.   

Create and monitor project schedules and milestones.  Facilitate work sessions and charettes.  

Coordinate design efforts of all consultants and in-house team. 

Assist with selection of General Contractors.  

Manage approval processes with authorities having jurisdiction.

Pursue new project opportunities.  

Champion growth and development of design staff.
